Bloaty is the hideously obese proprietor (or at least advertisor) for Bloaty's Pizza Hog. He's seen on TV in several episodes doing commercials in a pig costume and he's seen out of costume in the Bloaty's Pizza Hog episode.
A robotic Bloaty is also one of the animatronic horrors that perform antics at Bloaty's restaurant.
