Sargeant Hobo 678 is the drill instructor tasked with forging Zim into an effective soldier. He's pretty much a standard issue drill sargeant (he sounds like R. Lee Ermey from Full Metal Jacket) and watching Zim's creative and less than fully ethical methods of dealing with the 'training' are quite hilarious.
